Your Job:
- Responsible for smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night and to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Guest relations.
- Responsible for overall health safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health safety duties, e.g. first aid.
- Performed front Office duties, including running the night audit report and checking in and out guests.
- Supervising Assisting the night porter wth mmeeting room set up, room service and cleaning.
- Food Beverage service at night.
- Ensuring meeting rooms are set to the correct standard.
- Contribute to the efficient running of the hotel.
- To assist guests with the movement of luggage to and from the bedroom
- Giving and recieving a full handover from Late duty manager and early duty manager reception team
What You Will Need:
- Previous Nights or hotel reception experience is essential.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer/guest-facing position.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of Opera Cloud would be an advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee delegate work to others.
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
- The ability to work on their initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team
