Wellington Hotel in Temple Bar is currently looking for experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager to join our team.
You will be required to manage very busy Bar& Restaurant located in the heart of Temple Bar within the Hotel.
- Manage Staff and Rosters
- Manage suppliers and stock
- Participate in menu creation and offers
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Provide and maintain high level of standards
- Manage financials , cash control, daily banking
Requirements:
- Must have F&B Management experience - minimum 3 years
- Must understand local trend and needs
- Have positive can do attitude
- Be flexible
- Must have great customer service experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €40,000.00 per year
