Front of House Staff / Barista
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Front of House Staff member with barista experience to join our team in Longford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our guests.
Key responsibilities:
* Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional service
* Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Preparing and serving coffee, including espresso-based drinks
* Serving food and drinks to customers
* Handling customer enquiries and providing menu information
* Operating the till and processing payments
* Keeping the front-of-house and coffee area clean, tidy and well organised
* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
* Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a barista is essential
* Previous restaurant, café or front-of-house experience is preferred
* Good spoken English and confident communication skills
* Friendly, polite and professional attitude
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
* Reliable, punctual and a good team player
* Must have the right to work in Ireland
