McHugh Buckley Ltd is seeking an experienced Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant to join our growing team on a fixed-term maternity leave contract.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced accounting professional to provide maternity leave cover for a period of approximately 6 months, commencing in December 2026 or January 2027.
The successful candidate will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, providing accountancy, taxation and business advisory support as part of our professional services team.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) or Part-Qualified Accountant
- Previous experience working in practice is essential
- Strong accounting and taxation knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
