Who We Are
We're a close-knit, professional childcare team that genuinely invests in the people who work with us — through real career progression, hands-on mentoring, and a culture where your work is noticed and appreciated. If you're looking for more than just a job in childcare, this is the place to grow.
What You'll Do
You'll be at the heart of our setting — creating warm, stimulating environments where children feel safe to explore, learn, and thrive. Day to day, that means:
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Supporting each child's development across social, emotional, physical, and educational milestones
- Observing and recording children's progress to inform your practice
- Building genuine relationships with children, families, and your colleagues
What We're Looking For
- QQI/FETAC Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent recognised by DCEDIY)
- Experience in a childcare or early years setting
- Fluent English and strong communication skills
- A team player who's flexible, enthusiastic, and genuinely loves working with children
