The Talbot Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to support the delivery and development of high-quality, person-centred disability services across County Cork.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is committed to driving excellence, supporting teams, and ensuring safe, effective and empowering services for the people we support.
In this role, you will:
✔ Lead and support operational managers across multiple services
✔ Drive quality, safety and regulatory compliance
✔ Support the development of new and evolving services
✔ Oversee service delivery, governance and performance management
✔ Manage resources and budgets effectively
✔ Promote a positive, collaborative and person-centred culture
We are looking for candidates who:
✅ Have significant operational management experience within health or social care
✅ Have experience leading and developing teams
✅ Have strong governance, organisational and decision-making skills
✅ Are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred services
✅ Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment
