To carry out general building fabric maintenance and support facilities operations, ensuring the site is maintained to a safe, compliant, and high-quality standard.

Perform minor building repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works.

Repair doors, locks, ceilings, walls, flooring, and fixtures.

Carry out basic painting, plastering, carpentry, and plumbing tasks.

Conduct routine inspections and report defects via CAFM systems.

Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities.

Escort contractors and support maintenance response activities.

Maintain external areas, pathways, and site grounds.

Support furniture moves, deliveries, stock control, and stores management.

Complete maintenance records and update CAFM systems accurately.

Ensure all work is completed in line with Health & Safety procedures.

Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or building operations.

Good general maintenance skills, including basic carpentry, painting, and plumbing.

Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and safe systems of work.

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Competent in the use of hand and power tools.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
