ACES Limerick is an exciting new restaurant that has quickly become a standout in Limerick’s late-night food and entertainment scene. Situated in Castletroy, we’ve already made our mark by delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests. Our success is driven by our exceptional team, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender/Mixologist to join us behind the bar.
The Role:
As a Bartender at ACES, you will be at the forefront of our beverage service, creating both classic and innovative drinks that complement our unique dining experience. While experience with cocktails is preferred, it's not essential—what matters most is your enthusiasm for crafting exceptional drinks and delivering outstanding service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Create and recommend unique cocktail specials, enhancing our drinks menu with creative flair.
- Engage with guests, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, restocking, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience behind the bar in a high-volume environment.
- Experience with cocktails is preferred but not necessary—willingness to learn and grow is key.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
- Passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
