Remuneration: €15.00 per hour

WE ARE SEEKING
We’re looking for a creative, social media-savvy intern to join our marketing team and take an active role in content creation and social media management across all three businesses within the MP Doyle Group. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll be creating and publishing content to live channels, working directly with the Marketing Manager, and gaining broad exposure to both retail and wholesale marketing environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Topline Doyle’s — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
– Capture and edit content for use across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
– Stay on top of trends, sounds, formats, and evolving social media best practices
– Assist with the development and execution of a content strategy that aligns with campaigns and commercial objectives
– Maintain a content calendar with a varied content mix: product showcases, shop showcases, trending content, community involvement, and more
– Optimise company social profiles to accurately reflect brand identity
– Foster interaction and engagement across all social channels
– Cross-department collaboration: work alongside other teams to ensure social media activity supports wider commercial objectives
– Monitor and report on social media analytics and channel performance
– Support other ad hoc marketing activities as required, including POS and in-store design requirements

– Assist with the development and execution of a content strategy that highlights the product range, value, and competitive advantage versus other local retailers
Doyle’s Wholesale — Facebook & Instagram
– Schedule and publish supplier-issued content across our portfolio of global brands (STIGA, Ariens, Roborock)
– Maintain a content calendar across all wholesale brand channels to ensure a consistent and timely publishing schedule
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– A creative individual who is genuinely passionate about social media and stays ahead of platform trends
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of brand voice and audience
– Sharp eye for detail in both visual design and written content
– Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Premiere Pro is essential
– Strong creative flair with the ability to tell compelling stories through both visuals and copy
– Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
– Basic photography skills — comfortable capturing content in-store and on location
– Knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4 and Meta Business Suite an advantage
– Experience or familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is an advantage
– A willingness to be on camera is an advantage
– Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline
The right candidate will have every opportunity to grow with us. For someone who throws themselves into the role, there is a possibility of extending beyond the initial internship period and, in time, progressing into a permanent full-time position within the marketing team.
