We are seeking an experienced Senior Concierge to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality-focused professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading by example, and delivering exceptional service standards in a premium corporate environment.
The Role
As the Senior Concierge, you will be the face of the building and the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, contractors, and clients. You will oversee front-of-house operations, support day-to-day building activities, and ensure the highest standards of customer experience, workplace presentation, and operational efficiency are maintained.
This role requires someone who can confidently take ownership of a site, proactively identify issues, coordinate service providers, and provide leadership and guidance to front-of-house teams when required.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Guest Experience
- Deliver an exceptional front-of-house experience for tenants, visitors, and guests.
- Meet and greet visitors professionally and warmly.
- Manage visitor registrations and provide daily visitor lists to building security.
- Issue visitor and contractor access passes in line with security procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for all front-of-house enquiries.
- Build positive relationships with tenants and visitors while maintaining excellent service standards.
Workplace & Building Operations
- Take ownership of daily workplace operations and ensure smooth running of the site.
- Liaise with property management teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor building presentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support operational requirements and assist with day-to-day building issues.
- Coordinate contractor attendance and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and company procedures.
- Report operational, security, or safety concerns promptly.
Administration & Coordination
- Manage reception phone systems and shared inboxes.
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate room setup requirements.
- Arrange taxis, couriers, and deliveries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier services.
- Scan and distribute mail where required.
- Maintain accurate records for visitors, deliveries, couriers, and access passes.
- Produce reports and maintain operational logs as required.
- Support document preparation, printing, copying, and administrative tasks.
Hospitality Services
- Prepare tea, coffee, and refreshments for meetings and visitors.
- Ensure meeting rooms and boardrooms are fully prepared before meetings.
- Clear and reset meeting rooms following use.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming workplace environment at all times.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in Concierge, Hospitality, Front Office, Corporate Reception, Customer Service, or Workplace Experience roles.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take ownership and responsibility for a site.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Experience dealing with corporate clients, tenants, and visitors.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general administrative systems.
Desirable
- Experience working within commercial property, facilities management, or premium corporate environments.
- Knowledge of access control systems, visitor management systems, and building operations.
- Understanding of health & safety procedures and workplace compliance requirements.
