PRODUCTION SUPPORT ROLE
Part-time
This is a permanent, part-time position requiring someone highly organised and able to work on their own initiative. Pay is commensurate with experience and role suitability. Start date in August 2026.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Organising workshop props, costumes and materials. Team travel planning and logistics. Computer literacy, accuracy, attention to detail, interpersonal and organisational skills are key to the role.
WORKING HOURS: 14-21 hours per week during standard business hours 0930-1730. Following the initial trial period, an option for hybrid and flexi-time working may be offered if suitable for both the employee and employer.
THE COMPANY: Theatre at Work delivers programmes for businesses in the subject areas of behavioural safety, leadership, diversity, healthy workplaces and cultural change. We use theatre to engage and enable both individual and organisational learning and development. Located in the Stoneybatter area, we are a small creative business serving clients primarily in Ireland, however we also deliver programmes in the UK, Europe and beyond.
Pay: €16.00-€24.00 per hour
