The Project Manager- Senior Executive Professional Level (Temporary 2-years) will require a full complement of construction programme and project management technical skills, industry knowledge and expertise in delivering quality mixed-use schemes.
The Project Manager- Senior Executive Professional Level (Temporary 2-years) will work within a multi-disciplinary team tasked with the delivery of the Interim Project Manager Unit’s programme of work. This team will work with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be required to work on all stages of the projects from inception to completion.
The successful candidate will assist in managing a number of projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner and will be responsible for identifying and managing risks, monitoring performance, scheduling, budgeting, organisation, co-ordination, and implementation of the projects.
The work plan will be staged including:
- the management of complex stakeholder relationships and the sign-off of defined project objectives to form an agreed project brief;
- the establishment of an overall project budget including all consultancy fees, construction and any other related costs;
- the production of a ‘Master Project Schedule’ and scheduled reports on scope, budget and timescale delivery against “Baseline” targets;
- the procurement of design team services;
- the supervision of the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.
