We are looking for a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our company.
Main Duties:
- General office administration
- Managing calls and emails
- Scheduling deliveries and paperwork
- Assisting with invoicing and data entry
- Coordinating vehicle servicing, CVRTs, and maintenance records
- Liaising with drivers, mechanics, and customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Previous admin or transport experience is an advantage
