What the role is:
As a CDP, you will:
-
Have at least 3 years of experience working in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers
-
Engage well within the team to provide a consistently high standard of food
- Have excellent HACCP knowledge and Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
- Have the ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure in each area of the Kitchen when required
-
Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards
-
Be committed to the team and supporting your colleagues

Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts
