Luxury Hotel Spa & Wellness Centre
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Spa & Wellness Therapist to join our luxury hotel spa and wellness centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional who thrives in a guest-focused environment and is looking to combine exceptional treatment delivery with operational leadership responsibilities.
This hands-on role is ideally suited to a therapist who enjoys working within a boutique-style wellness environment where personalised service, attention to detail, and guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the overall wellness journey for our guests, supporting spa performance, driving retail and treatment revenue, and helping maintain the high standards associated with a luxury hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of treatments and services to the highest professional standards
- Create memorable and personalised guest experiences through exceptional care and attention
- Conduct in-depth guest consultations and provide tailored treatment and product recommendations
- Drive retail and treatment sales through confident upselling and product knowledge
- Maintain impeccable spa presentation, hygiene, and operational standards at all times
- Support the day-to-day running of the spa and wellness facility
- Contribute positively to team culture, guest retention, and revenue performance
- Work flexibly across a Monday–Sunday schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
Commission is available based on retail and treatment targets achieved.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Recognised and verifiable qualification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, or Holistic Therapy
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel spa, resort spa, or luxury wellness environment
- Previous supervisory or spa management experience is desirable
- Strong understanding of wellness treatments, spa operations, and current industry trends
- Excellent communication and guest care skills
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
