Structural Innov8 is growing — and we’re looking for a hands-on Precast Concrete Coordinator specialising in QA/QC to join our team. The role will be based in Co. Meath.
This is a factory-based role focused on quality control inspections and production coordination across live precast projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ Pre-pour & post-pour inspections
✔ Reinforcement, embed & dimensional checks
✔ Managing QA documentation & compliance
✔ Coordinating between factory, engineering & site teams
✔ Resolving production and logistical issues
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in precast or reinforced concrete
Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings
Detail-driven with a proactive mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
