Role Description -
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Claremorris. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts for print and signage, including logos, brochures, books, large-format graphics, vehicle graphics, label printing, following client briefs and brand guidelines.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design layouts, preparing files for print production, collaborating with the print and signage teams, and ensuring all artwork is accurate, print-ready, and delivered on time.
The role also involves meeting or communicating with clients to understand their needs, refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining consistent visual standards across different projects.
The Graphic Designer is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute ideas to improve design processes and client outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience -
Strong skills in Graphic Design and visual communication, with experience creating visual materials for print and signage.
Ability to design professional Logo Design and Branding assets that support clear, consistent brand identities.
Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for readable, visually appealing designs.
Practical experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign in particular).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when preparing artwork and print-ready files.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a busy studio environment.
Relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in print production or signage design is an advantage.
Strong graphic design skills with experience creating bespoke designs specifically for print and signage.
Proficiency with industry-standard design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, working with both Mac and Android.
Must be located in commutable distance to Claremorris, Co. Mayo, F12 K5P9.
Pay: €28,500.00-€45,000.00 per year
