Structural Investigation & Testing
You will work in a department that delivers a variety of structural investigation and testing services. The role involves all aspects of the works detailed below. The testing encompasses services in buildings, bridges and similar infrastructure investigations, load testing, finished concrete surface testing and much more.
Main duties and responsibilities
1) Receiving enquiries
2) Liaising with customer regarding their needs and wants
3) Preparing a quotation/tender
4) Scheduling of work
5) Undertaking the work
6) Collating measurement and test data
7) Preparing and issuing test reports
8) Providing interpretation and advice to customers
9) Preparing monthly and quarterly management information on the Service
10) Improving the quality and efficiency of our structural investigation and testing services through the use of automation and information technology
Excellent abilities on Microsoft word and excel a minimum requirement for this position. Competence in AutoCAD is preferred. Safe pass and manual handling training is required for this position.
