Pat Loftus Construction is seeking a Site Foreman for upcoming building project in both Tullamore, Co. Offaly and Roscrea, Co. Tipperary
The successful candidate will be hands on with the crews to manage the daily construction activities including maintaining safety, productivity and ensuring the quality of workmanship.
The role is ideally suited to an experienced foremen with relevant residential, school and public building works experience.
Responsibilities include;
- Working foreman responsible for the day to day operations of site(s).
- Responsible for management of the construction site, including sub-contractors.
- Drives productivity across all teams (direct staff) and sub-contractors
- Quality control on site activities. Quality monitoring.
- Oversee the running of site with regards to health & safety.
