Ergo are seeking a Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer for a contract role in Dublin city centre . The successful Deskside Support Engineer will provide onsite support and onboarding M365 users .
This is a long-term contract with an international market-leader and experience supporting users in a banking environment is highly desirable.
Candidates should be open to a fully onsite role.
What will you do?
Provide remote and desktop support to local users on Windows devices
Deskside installs of PC, thin clients and Cisco phones
Provide training to internal users on IT systems
Basic network fault troubleshooting including replacing faulty hardware
Get involved in project work
What do you need?
2+ years experience in a similar role (Helpdesk Engineer, Desktop Support)
Knowledge of M365 (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
Mobile Device management using Intune / SCCM
Previous experience in Banking / Financial services is desirable
Hands-on hardware installation experience
Excellent communication skills
EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa as sponsorship not provided
