Ergo are seeking a Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer for a contract role in Dublin city centre . The successful Deskside Support Engineer will provide onsite support and onboarding M365 users .
This is a long-term contract with an international market-leader and experience supporting users in a banking environment is highly desirable.
Candidates should be open to a fully onsite role.
What will you do?
- Provide remote and desktop support to local users on Windows devices
- Deskside installs of PC, thin clients and Cisco phones
- Provide training to internal users on IT systems
- Basic network fault troubleshooting including replacing faulty hardware
- Get involved in project work
What do you need?
- 2+ years experience in a similar role (Helpdesk Engineer, Desktop Support)
- Knowledge of M365 (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Mobile Device management using Intune / SCCM
- Previous experience in Banking / Financial services is desirable
- Hands-on hardware installation experience
- Excellent communication skills
- EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa as sponsorship not provided
