Reporting to (Position): Lead Chef/ ISS Catering Team / Site Manager
Total Hours Per Week: 30 hours per week
Days Per Week: 5 Days, Mon – Fri
Shift Pattern: 7.30 am -2.00 pm

- Support busy breakfast and lunch services with energy, focus, and consistency
- Take responsibility for your own tasks while working closely with the team
- Stay organised and maintain standards, even under pressure
- Follow food safety procedures and hygiene standards at all times
- Be reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a team
You will play an important role in maintaining smooth kitchen operations and high service standards by:
- Supporting food preparation and service to consistently high standards
- Ensuring your work area is clean, organised, and fully compliant with food safety requirements
- Delivering a friendly and professional experience when interacting with guests
- Assisting with events and additional service requirements when needed
- Taking part in training and being open to learning and improving
- Supporting colleagues across the unit and stepping in where needed

Experience Required
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen, catering, or food service environment preferred
- Experience supporting high-volume service (e.g., breakfast/lunch rush) is an advantage
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training can be provided)
- Proven ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic in previous role
HSEQ:
- Ensure safe work practices and procedures are followed on site
- Use of Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment (w/a)
- Understand how ISO fits into daily business operations
- Read, understand and work in accordance with the company’s HSEQ Policies
- Complete tasks in accordance with company HSEQ procedures and work instructions
Other features of the job:
It may be necessary to work alternative hours, shift patterns or unsociable hours, including weekends and sometimes more than contracted hours. As part of your job, you will be expected to attend training events and/or meetings and travel to other locations may be required. Local requirements will govern your patterns and locations of work.
