Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Retail Media Specialist to manage and optimise Amazon advertising campaigns and drive performance for our clients. The ideal candidate will have proven success in handling Amazon PPC, retail media campaigns, and programmatic demand-side platform (DSP) activations. Retail Media is a fast-growing emerging channel in performance marketing and the right candidate offers an opportunity to develop their career in this exciting area.
This role requires a deep understanding of retail media providers including Amazon and Tesco, data analysis, and strategic campaign execution. You'll be responsible for budget management, reporting, and delivering actionable insights while fostering long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities

Manage retail media campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon Demand-Side Platform (DSP) activations.

Build and maintain Brand Stores on Amazon

Manage Tesco RSS campaigns as well as new providers such as Vinted & ZenBundle

Build and optimise campaigns, conduct daily pacing, and provide in-depth performance reporting, while ensuring the accurate delivery of client budgets alongside any KPIs.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Search and Programmatic to achieve and exceed campaign goals.

Work with Media Teams on campaign planning for retail media with clients.

Feed into client reporting with actionable performance insights and recommendations.

Stay current with new tools, trends, and best practices within the retail media advertising ecosystem.

Continuously test new ad formats, placements, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience with retail media-sponsored ads, including Amazon and display advertising, managing complex retail media budgets within Amazon Advertising Console.

Proven results (case studies) in managing Amazon PPC campaigns with successful outcomes.

Deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithm, product launches, and the Amazon marketplace.

Ability to identify and solve broader issues within an Amazon brand beyond just Display or PPC.

Ability to develop long-term client relationships, empathising with their business goals and challenges.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel along with Word and PowerPoint

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.

Excellent written and communication skills. Highly numerate and analytical

A curious, self-motivated attitude with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.

Experience with other Retail Media Networks and DSPs is a plus
