Aska Sykes is a leading specialist hire company with 8 depots nationwide. An opportunity has now arisen in our Cork depot for an experienced Diesel Fitter.
The successful candidate will report to the depot manager and will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our pumping equipment. The position will involve servicing, repair & maintenance and refurbishment of our pump fleet both in the depot and on customer sites in the Munster region. We are looking for a person to join an ambitious company that regards good service engineers as key to the success of the business.
Qualifications & Experience. Diesel engine experience required. Training on pumping equipment will be provided. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work on own initiative and problem solve. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to undertake tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
