Assistant General Manager – Popeyes Dublin
€35,000 – €45,000 + bonus (Depending on experience)
We’re hiring an Assistant General Manager for our Dublin restaurant.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume QSR environment where you will support the General Manager in running daily operations, leading the team, and delivering strong standards across service, food quality, and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Support day-to-day restaurant operations and lead shifts
- Drive sales, labour, and cost targets
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards (HACCP)
- Lead, train, and support the team on shift
- Step up in the GM’s absence
What we’re looking for
- Experience as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in QSR or branded restaurant
- Strong operational and people management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Understanding of basic P&L, labour control, and stock management
