To support our continued growth, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join IPG Photonics in Irelandas
- Oversee the European cash pool, including cash balances, payments, and related loan administration
- Manage treasury operations within the Treasury Management System (Kyriba), including payment processing and reporting
- Monitor global cash balances, intercompany funding activities, and foreign currency exposures
- Support banking administration activities including KYC, account maintenance, and implementation of banking services
- Coordinate with Finance, Tax, and Accounting teams on intercompany loans, dividends, and treasury-related activities
- Support statutory audit, treasury controls, compliance, and documentation requirements
- Serve as a board member of the Irish entity, supporting governance and corporate administration activities
- Drive process improvements, treasury automation initiatives, and implementation of new banking technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Extensive treasury experience within a multinational environment
- Strong knowledge of cash management, cash pooling, investments, and foreign currency risk management
- Experience with treasury management systems; Kyriba experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
