Role 1 - Experienced Farm Machinery Operator - Proven Experience Operating Modern Farm Machinery. Spraying Experience is extremely advantageous. Artic Truck License is not necessary but also advantageous. Strong Mechanical Aptitude and Attention to Detail is a must along with flexibility, reliability, hard working and safety focused.
Role 2 - Junior Machinery Operator/Farm Worker - This is a great opportunity for a young person to start their careet in Arable Farming. We are looking for someone with Basic Tractor Skills, Eager to learn, flexible, reliable and hard working. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Full Training Provided.
