We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our growing business. This hybrid role combines marketing, sales support, CRM management, SEO coordination, and client relationship management.
The successful candidate will work 3 days in the office and 2 days visiting clients, helping to strengthen customer relationships, support business development activities, and drive marketing initiatives.
Coordinate and support marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Manage social media content, email marketing, and marketing materials.
Support SEO activities and website content updates.
Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring customer records are accurate and up to date.
Assist with quotations, proposals, lead tracking, and sales administration.
Prepare sales and marketing reports.
Conduct regular client visits to build relationships and identify opportunities.
Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and support.
Work closely with internal teams to improve customer engagement and retention.
Previous experience in marketing, sales support, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
Good understanding of SEO and social media marketing.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Full clean driving licence preferred.
