We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and general enquiries.
- Prepare quotations and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate customer and product records.
- Monitor order progress and resolve any issues or delays.
- Assist with stock availability enquiries.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office administration role. Or, a recent college graduate.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone and email etiquette.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems (such as Odoo, SAP, or similar) is desirable.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in wholesale, retail, or distribution.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Confidence working with data and producing reports.
- Experience coordinating with warehouse or logistics teams.
Pay: €14.15-€14.50 per hour
