Knightsbrook Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Night Porter to join our professional Front Office team.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will work overnight shifts from 10:45 pm to 7:15 am and will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and secure operation of the hotel during the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the hotel is safe and secure throughout the night.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all public areas.
- Assisting with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Responding to guest requests and queries efficiently and courteously.
- Providing excellent customer service at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working overnight shifts.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rota basis.
