As part of the Moxy Crew ethos, our Front Office Associates are multi-skilled and hands-on, supporting bar service and helping keep the social heart of the hotel buzzing.
Main Tasks & responsibilities
- Greeting guests like a pro and making killer first impressions.
- Zipping through check-ins and check-outs with style and speed.
- Dropping local tips, solving hiccups, and keeping the good vibes flowing.
- Handling payments and guest accounts like a boss.
- Keeping the front desk scene fresh, tidy, and ready for action.
- Helping the crew in the service of Food and Beverage as required
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
- Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
- Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
We’re looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

- Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
Useful Experience
- Experience within the service industry in a Front Office role
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and travel industry
