ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team in a busy commercial gym environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting members with their fitness goals, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a safe and welcoming gym floor, and providing guidance on exercise techniques and equipment use.
Duties may include conducting gym inductions/tours, leading fitness & combat conditioning classes, creating basic workout programmes, and ensuring equipment and facilities are clean and well maintained. The ideal candidate will have a recognised fitness qualification, strong communication skills, a passion for health and fitness and preferably a background in MMA/Boxing/Kickboxing.
Guest Experience/Team Member Experience (General Management)
- Establish a fun, safe, healthy, and community-focused gym culture that delivers high member satisfaction and achieves maximum profitability with the support of department heads.
- Be a role model for member service behavior by walking through gym and collecting member feedback to identify training and development opportunities for team members.
- Resolve elevated gym member concerns; conduct on-the-spot coaching to prevent them from reoccurring.
- Monitor gym appearance and ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, programs and promotions are efficiently executed.
- Ensures safety of employees, members and gym property.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge, skills & abilities
- Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.
- Experience with basic computer skills like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Documents, and PowerPoint.
- Strong and proven leadership, communication, time management, and analytical abilities and skills.
- Minimum experience
- 2-3 years in the Fitness Industry
- Fitness Instructor Qulaification
- Preferably experience with a background in MMA/Boxing/Kickboxing

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
