We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will provide person-centred care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them to maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting mobility and safe moving & handling practices
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with meal preparation and light household duties
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
- Following individual care plans and company policies
- Working collaboratively with the wider care team
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support/Care Skills & Care of the Older Person (or working towards)
- Full clean driving licence and access to own transport preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Garda Vetting required
- Previous experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided

Pay: €14.50-€15.75 per hour
