Commercial Analyst
Location: Swords, Dublin or London

Hours: 40 hours| 8:30- 5 pm
Environment: Hybrid | 2- 3 days in the office
About the Role
We're looking for a commercially minded and analytical professional to join our growing Commercial team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with data, and helping shape winning customer solutions. You'll work across Operations, Business Development, Finance and Procurement to analyse opportunities, develop commercial models and support strategic decision-making.
Whether your experience comes from facilities management, outsourcing, finance, consultancy, procurement, operations, business analysis or another commercial environment, we'd love to hear from you if you have strong analytical skills and a desire to make an impact.
You'll play a key role in helping us develop robust commercial solutions that deliver value for our customers while supporting sustainable business growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Commercial Analysis & Modelling
- Build and maintain commercial models to support bids, tenders and client opportunities
- Analyse operational, financial and commercial data to support decision-making
- Assess costs, risks and opportunities to help shape competitive solutions
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to evaluate different approaches
- Support the development of business cases and commercial recommendations
Bid & Customer Support
- Work with Business Development and Operations teams to develop customer-focused solutions
- Translate customer requirements into practical and commercially viable service models
- Contribute to tender responses and commercial submissions
- Support pricing reviews, renewals and retention opportunities
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with teams across the business to understand service delivery models and cost drivers
- Challenge assumptions constructively and identify opportunities for improvement
- Present analysis and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships across multiple functions
Continuous Improvement
- Help improve commercial tools, templates and processes
- Support the development of data-driven decision making
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and commercial performance
About You
We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical and commercially aware.
You may already be working in a commercial, finance, business analysis, pricing, procurement, operations or consulting role and be looking for a broader opportunity to develop your career.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Qualified Accountant desirable (ACCA/ACA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel and data modelling capability
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw meaningful insights
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how businesses create value
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
