Full-Early Years Educator / Preschool Teacher
Location: Dublin City Dublin 8.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-Time
Start Date: Immediate / Negotiable
We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our preschool team in Dublin 8 on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting young children's learning and development and will work as part of a professional team to provide a high-quality early years experience in a caring and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities in line with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, record, and assess children's progress.
- Ensure compliance with Tusla regulations and service policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Essential Requirements
- QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Learning and Care (minimum requirement).
- Strong knowledge of Aistear and Síolta.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Garda Vetting (or willingness to undergo Garda Vetting).
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- QQI Level 6, 7, or 8 qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience working in a preschool or crèche setting.
- Current First Aid certification
