As a result of continued growth and an expanding development portfolio, the organisation is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its growing delivery team.
This Construction Manager role presents an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant residential and regeneration projects that will play a key role in addressing Ireland's housing needs.
Reporting to a Senior Construction Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large-scale residential developments across the Greater Dublin region, supporting projects from planning and detailed design through to construction delivery and handover.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary development team, you will manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
The role offers a mix of office, site and remote working, providing flexibility while maintaining close involvement with project delivery.

Lead the delivery of residential projects through the construction stage of the development lifecycle.

Support development colleagues during planning, detailed design and pre-construction stages.

Manage design teams from a technical, programme and budget perspective.

Plan, organise and direct all construction-related project activities.

Liaise with key stakeholders including local authorities, utilities providers, consultants and development partners.

Develop and manage project programmes, milestones and delivery schedules.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

Manage main contractors and consultancy teams on large-scale residential developments.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, planning conditions and industry best practice.

Oversee statutory approvals including Planning Permissions, Fire Safety Certificates and Disability Access Certificates.

Monitor budgets, manage costs and provide regular project reporting.

Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives through design, planning and procurement strategies.

Work closely with internal teams to progress projects through each stage of the development lifecycle.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management, project management or development management.

A recognised third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Development, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

Strong technical and commercial construction knowledge.

Proven experience managing large-scale residential construction projects.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A strong understanding of the Irish planning, development and construction environment.

Experience working with public procurement processes would be advantageous.

An understanding of project viability and development economics would be beneficial.

Competitive salary of €70,000 - €100,000 depending on experience.
