Food & Beverage Supervisor – Tom Sheridan's Bar and Restaurant

We are now recruiting an F&B Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Train, coach and develop team members, creating a positive and motivated working environment.
- Assist with staff supervision, rostering and the coordination of food and beverage service.
- Build strong relationships with guests and ensure every customer enjoys an outstanding dining experience.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are adhered to.
The Candidate
- Previous management or supervisory experience within a busy bar, restaurant or hospitality venue.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible, reliable and committed to maintaining high standards.
