The Role:
Catalyx is a trusted partner in delivering world-class lifecycle services to regulated and high-risk end markets. As part of this commitment, we are continuously developing our on-site teams to support the advancement of customer operations.
Responsibilities:
Compile and issue monthly EMS reports covering pressure, temperature, and humidity
Ensure accurate and timely data collection across all operational areas
Maintain, update, and manage engineering documents
Ensure documentation is compliant, audit-ready, and up to date
Coordinate contractor activities on site
Support site inductions, access, and documentation requirements
Assist in coordinating and tracking preventative maintenance schedules
Ensure activities are logged and followed up appropriately
Raise and track purchase orders (POs)
Manage vendor documentation and ensure compliance with site requirements
Act as a point of contact for vendor coordination
Track actions and support follow-up for the engineering team
Support audit preparation and compliance activities
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role (essential)
Exposure to a regulated/compliance-driven environment (e.g. pharma, manufacturing, food, med device) is highly desirable
Engineering or facilities exposure is a plus, but not required
Willingness and ability to build technical understanding over time with support from the team
