We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy department store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering excellent customer service, managing stock and merchandising, and leading a team across multiple departments including homeware, hardware, gardening, and seasonal products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve sales and service goals.
- Drive sales growth and deliver store performance targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
- Oversee merchandising, stock control, and inventory management.
- Manage daily store operations.
- Monitor departmental performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.
- Control costs and support the profitability of the business.
Key Requirements:
- Supervisory/Team Lead: 1 year
- Strong Sales track record: 1 year
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on sales and profitability.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Salary band €45,000-€55,000 DOE + performance related bonus.
