TLI Group are accepting applications for a Junior Project Scheduler within our Renewables business. The successful candidate will support the planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting of project programmes across TLI Group projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Project Teams, the Junior Project Scheduler will help maintain accurate project schedules, track progress against programme milestones, and ensure schedule information is current, reliable and available to key stakeholders.
This role provides an excellent entry point into project controls and planning within a Design & Build project environment, supporting programme reporting and helping identify schedule risks, delays and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications
- Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related discipline.
- Alternatively, relevant experience within a project administration, planning or project controls environment.
- Microsoft Project training or certification would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Relevant internship, work placement or work experience within a project environment would be beneficial, however, training and development will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge
- Familiarity with project planning and scheduling principles.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle stages from design through construction and handover.
- Basic understanding of project reporting and programme management concepts.
- Basic understanding of project delivery within construction, utilities, engineering or infrastructure projects would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
Experience
- Experience using Microsoft Project to create or update project schedules would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to organise and analyse project data.
- Experience producing simple reports and programme updates.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating information from different sources would be an advantage but is not essential.
