MAINTENANCE CRAFTSPERSON
(Permanent/Full-Time)

Applications are invited for the above position within St John of God Community Mental Health Services.
The successful applicant will be flexible, committed and possess previous employment in a maintenance department together with:
- A minimum of five years’ current experience in a similar role.
- A recognized, relevant and validated City and Guild’s qualification.
- Safe Pass training.
- Good knowledge of general maintenance disciplines.
- Skills and experience in the area of plumbing, heating, electrical, fitting, carpentry, painting, decorating and ground works.
- An ability to carry out repair request such as replacing lightbulbs, door adjustments, locks on doors, fixing walls, broken furniture etc.
- An ability to work under pressure, demonstrate initiative with problem solving attitudes and achieve deadlines.
- A recognized and full clean driving licence is essential.
