An enthusiastic salesperson with a successful sales track record is sought by a national self-storage company to work in their Head Office in Bishopstown Cork
A dedicated and enthusiastic telephone-based salesperson with a successful track record in the retail sector. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the energy and desire to convert inbound enquiries, pre-dominantly telephone and web, into sales. To achieve the desired results, the successful candidate will possess effective negotiation and persuasiveness skills, be well-organised and resilient.
Key Responsibilities
- Using consultative sales techniques to achieve personal revenue and volumetric targets
- Building a pipeline of new customers by converting inbound telephone and website enquiries
- Following up enquiries that do not convert on first contact
- Developing creative solutions in line with customers’ requirements
- Negotiating deals and handling contracts.
- Identify cross selling opportunities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues for the benefit of the company and each other
- Work with the branch Operations Manager to maximise revenue and deliver excellent customer service
Required Experience
Sales experience is essential, preferably in a retail, call centre or Inside Sales environment. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful sales track record and provide evidence of excellent customer service and teamwork.
