Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative
Location: Rathcoole, Dublin
Schedule: Monday to Friday 0930-1830 - 30 minutes unpaid lunchbreak
Elliott Baxter (EBB) are looking for a reliable and motivated Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our busy Dublin distribution team.
This is a full-time, permanent role suited to someone with a valid Counterbalance forklift licence, good warehouse experience and a strong focus on safety, accuracy and teamwork.

The role
Your duties will include:
- Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and responsibly
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
- Picking, scanning and preparing customer orders accurately
- Checking stock quantities and product details
- Using the warehouse management system and handheld scanners
- Completing basic warehouse documentation
- Carrying out manual handling duties
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
- Reporting stock issues, damage, hazards or equipment faults
- Following company procedures and health and safety requirements
- Supporting colleagues with the safe and efficient running of the warehouse
What we are looking for
Essential:
- Valid Counterbalance forklift licence
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance forklift
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- Comfortable carrying out manual handling duties
- Good attention to detail
- Basic numeracy skills for checking stock and quantities
- Sufficient spoken and written English to understand safety instructions, follow workplace procedures, use the warehouse management system and complete basic documentation
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, drivers and managers
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Desirable:
- Experience using a warehouse management system
- Experience using handheld scanners
- Experience working in a distribution environment
- Additional forklift licences or warehouse equipment experience

Pay: €38,675.00-€40,885.00 per year
