Product Lead – Pharmacy Technology
Location: Southside Dublin
A growing Irish business is hiring a Product Lead to take ownership of a mission-critical pharmacy platform used daily in live healthcare environments.
This is not a maintenance Product Manager role.
We want someone commercially sharp, technically credible and comfortable making difficult product decisions in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll work directly with engineering, leadership and pharmacy customers to shape product direction, challenge assumptions, prioritise ruthlessly and drive delivery.
The Role
You’ll own the product roadmap end-to-end and act as the link between customer reality and engineering execution.
You’ll spend time understanding how pharmacies actually operate, what customers are struggling with, what competitors are missing and where the commercial opportunities are.
You’ll then turn that into clear priorities and shipped product improvements.
You’ll be expected to:
- Drive roadmap and backlog priorities
- Work directly with pharmacy customers and stakeholders
- Partner closely with engineering and delivery teams
- Balance speed, quality, commercial value and technical health
- Help shape AI-enabled workflows and future product innovation
- Communicate clearly and directly across technical and non-technical teams
What We’re Looking For
- Product Manager, Product Owner or Product Lead experience in software / SaaS
- Strong delivery mindset and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams
- Someone who takes ownership
Strong Advantage
- Pharmacy, healthcare or regulated industry software experience
- Experience with ERP, workflow or operational platforms
- Exposure to AI tools and AI-assisted product development
- Understanding of complex customer environments and live operational systems
