We're looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and customer service-focused to join our amazing Front of House team at BóTOWN.
This is a part-time gig so the successful candidate will be expected to work up to 25+ hours per week. No split shifts, Must be avaliable to work weekday evening and weekends. Full training in all areas of service will be provided.
Duties include:
- Meeting, greeting and seating guests
- Taking orders
- Preparing drinks (including coffees and cocktails)
- Delivering and serving food and drink to tables
- Packaging takeaway orders
- Maintaining outstanding hygiene and compliance at all times
- Ensuring customers are well-looked after during their time with us
- Handling minor complaints
- Processing bills and taking payment
We're looking for someone who works well in a team and enjoys the buzz of working in a casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in a similar role and should love burgers and beers as much as we do :)
