Ryan's Dundrum House requires a Senior Bartender. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role with cashing up and key holding experience. Experience working in a pub environment is essential.
You will be responsible for
- Supervision and direction of Bar Staff
- Training of current and new staff
- Liaising with the Manager and Kitchen Staff to ensure the place runs smoothly
- Making sure that customer service expectations are met and exceeded, including dealing with customer complaints
Skills:
You must possess excellent leadership and communication skills
You must be fully fluent in English
You must have knowledge of the products sold i.e. Allergens/Wines/Beers/Spirits/Cocktails
You must have a PPSN
Pay will be dependent on previous experience and will be reassessed at the end of the probationary period
