Job Overview:
BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Service Crew members to enhance our guest experience. As a key part of our vibrant team, you will deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
MINIMUM COMMITMENT OF SIX MONTHS IS REQUIRED!
Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and serve guests, providing an outstanding dining experience.

Stay informed about menu items, including specials, to effectively make recommendations and address guest inquiries.

Accurately take and process orders, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail.

Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service and effective communication.

Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.

Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.

Collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure customers have the best possible experience
Qualifications:

Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Thurs- Sunday.
