Role overview
As a full-lifecycle recruitment and hiring partner within our fast-growing global SaaS organisation in the Identity Verification (IDV) space, you will own the end-to-end hiring process for roles across Product, Technology, Engineering, GTM, and Corporate functions. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role: you will personally run your own searches and actively headhunt talent across the US, EMEA, and APAC — attracting, assessing, and hiring exceptional people aligned with our innovation-driven culture.
You will act as a genuine, trusted partner to hiring managers, HR colleagues, and business leaders across our offices in Ireland, the UK, Serbia, and the US, as well as remote talent across our other locations. You will work closely and collaboratively with our Dublin-based HR Manager as part of a small, tight-knit team.
This role suits a proactive, hands-on recruiter who takes personal ownership of delivery and thrives in a global, fast-paced environment — someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets roles filled themselves, rather than focusing primarily on building process or strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Ownership & Delivery
Personally own and run the end-to-end hiring process — job scoping, sourcing, screening, assessment, interview management, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding — taking personal accountability for delivery and time-to-hire across a diverse range of roles:
- Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Full-stack, Mobile)
- DevOps / SRE / Cloud Infrastructure
- Tech Development / Research
- Product Management & UX
- GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success)
- Corporate roles across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations
Active Sourcing & Headhunting
- Directly headhunt and proactively approach passive candidates — this is a core, hands-on part of the role, not work to be delegated to agencies.
- Build and maintain your own talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, research, and referrals.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, niche technical communities, and global/regional talent platforms.
- Develop and maintain pools of high-value candidates in key technical domains.
Candidate Assessment
- Conduct structured screening and first-stage interviews, assessing candidates rigorously against role scorecards and competency criteria.
- Calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers and keep assessments consistent, evidence-based, and audit-safe.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Act as a trusted, consultative partner to Product, Engineering, Tech, and wider business leadership — getting under the skin of what each team and the business genuinely needs.
- Build strong, proactive working relationships independently, advising hiring managers credibly throughout the process.
- Provide market insight, compensation benchmarking context, and candidate calibration to support sound, timely hiring decisions.
Working as One Team
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Dublin-based HR Manager and the wider HR team, sharing pipeline visibility and contributing positively to team dynamics.
- Partner with the Global Head of HR (US), HR Manager for EMEA & APAC (Ireland), and Senior HR Business Partner (Serbia) to ensure consistent, compliant hiring across regions, with sensitivity to local employment practices.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver a positive, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience across time zones and regions, acting as an ambassador for our mission, culture, and values.
- Keep ATS records accurate and audit-ready, and track your own delivery metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness) to stay on top of your roles.
- Contribute to — rather than lead — employer-brand and process initiatives as time allows; delivery of live roles is always the priority.
What you have:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as an in-house / internal recruiter, personally owning full-cycle recruitment within an organisation.
- A demonstrable track record of directly sourcing and headhunting candidates and filling roles independently and proactively.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with hiring managers and act as a credible partner to the business.
- A genuine team player, comfortable working collaboratively within a small, distributed HR team.
- Self-directed and proactive — able to take ownership and drive delivery to close without close supervision.
- Comfortable recruiting across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
Nice to have:
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, research, or product) in a high-growth SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Experience hiring across global markets (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Passion for tech, innovation, and the identity verification / AI / ML ecosystem.
What success looks like:
- High-quality hires made efficiently for critical Product, Technology, and other roles, with you personally owning delivery end to end.
- Strong hiring-manager satisfaction and a credible, trusted recruiting partnership.
- Robust candidate pipelines that you have built and maintained across key disciplines.
- A positive, collaborative working relationship with the HR team.
- Consistent, positive candidate experiences that strengthen our employer brand.
What we offer:
- An opportunity to work in the growing world of identity verification and authentication, biometrics, telephony, and fraud
- The chance to be part of an established & successful product development team
- Competitive compensation & benefits
- Flexible working environment to create a very balanced work/life schedule for you and your family
