We are looking for a Full-time Catering Supervisor to join our team in Clonmel Co Tipperary
Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday 30 Hours per week average
Main duties and responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently oversee the preparation of meals

Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules

Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition

Schedule labour as required by anticipated business activity

Ensure accurate stocktaking each week
-
Oversee the training of personnel in safe operation of all equipment and utensils
-
Ensure compliance with HACCP and H&S regulations
-
Attend training sessions as required
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
-
At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity

Good working knowledge of English
-
Right to work in Ireland.

Customer Service Skills.
