Key Responsibilities:
- Pizza Mastery: Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas, ensuring exceptional standards in taste, presentation, and consistency.
- Station Prep: Handle dough preparation, stretch bases, mix signature sauces, and manage fresh toppings.
- Kitchen Efficiency: Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are completed smoothly and in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain a proper inventory of fresh ingredients and promptly notify management of shortages.
- Safety First: Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
- Min 2 years of experience as a Pizza Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A genuine love for pizza-making and a strong commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
